Growing Up

Long ago, there was a young man who thought he liked telling stories. He was pretty good at it.

Then he thought he might like helping others share their stories. He got pretty good at that, too.

Later, he discovered that he had a knack for helping others say what they needed to under duress. And he had a decent sense for how to use online channels to do just that.

And now here I am.

Waiting

This is a bad time of year for writing to begin with. We’re also in the middle of shuffling offices, and I am temporarily separated from my usual equipment and surroundings.

Working out of boxes is no fun, when I would much rather be filling this one.

I’m still having big thoughts, but they are backing up and starting to lose some steam.
